I like useless tat just as much as the next neurotic shopper but I’m struggling to understand the appeal of the Christian Louboutin Barbie. I Also find it weird that they are sold on Net-a-Porter with suggested shopping items being, you guessed it, actual human-sized Louboutins. Are the people who buy luxury footwear the very same people who obsessively collect adult barbies, stacking them on shelves and lovingly dusting the plastic boxes from whence they must never be removed

I’ve always been into designer jeans – 7 Sevens, Citizens of Humanity, AG, Paige…the list goes on, but ever since becoming a real person with a real job and real bills to pay, the desire to splurge on designer jeans became less and less appealing.
