As soon as the weather forecast promised rain, rain and more rain for today I was surprised to be woken by sunshine this morning. Usually I work out my weekend shots the day before and get up at stupid o clock for the first rays of sunshine but being unprepared I just cycled off clueless figuring I’d take this opportunity to show you my new jumper.

A lifesign at last 
I’ve been busy this past week day tripping it to see Orbital play (here is one for the Who fans ) and setting up shop on Etsy also proved rather distracting for this here blogger. So anyway – here is what I wore today: The little bird patch on my skirt is “inspired” by Monty Python. A while ago I got it in my head to imitate the Ministry of Silly Walks at work.

We appear to be having an early autumn over here. Maybe I am being a tad pessimistic there, I could do with a second helping of sunshine I’ve never been big on using a change purse but ever since I got an mp3 player small enough to fit I’ve got that cat dangling from my neck all the time.

I was surprised to learn this (culturally shocking for many of us) fact on J.Simpson’s show “Price of Beauty”. It appears that in Brazil some women do not shave but bleach hair on their legs. They consider it sexy! After some surfing online I did find several discussions on this topic and apparently it is true and is mostly done by those very tanned beauties with beach bodies.
