Is it me, or does this bag remind you just a little too much of a beehive? It’s either that or a tea cosy, and I’m not sure which is worse. A hive can look stylish enough when made by Judith Leiber, but this one is made of wool, and doesn’t have quite the same haute couture appeal…

Right now there are a few things I know for certain: 1) Vlad and I just spent a week in the middle of nowhere Ohio for a family reunion with zero internet access. It was both delightful and frightful, 2) I am still obsessed with the Proenza Schouler PS1 , and 3) Amanda is going to be really mad to see this post with an Ohio State logo. Christian Louboutin has been far more successful with shoes than he has been with bags, and I’m having a hard time figuring out exactly why that is. Surely the design processes for each is decidedly differently, but for a brand with as many resources and as much style as Louboutin’s, I would expect better results.

A evening bag is hard to find, and it’s even harder to find at a reasonable price. Most people won’t use a tiny clutch multiple times a day like they might use a shoulder bag or tote, so spending big bucks for a glittery little minaudiere usually isn’t a particularly palatable option

This little cutout handle clutch is the inspiration for many new purses to come! I wanted to make a cute, sophisticated looking clutch for days when I just needed to carry a few things in a really adorable purse! This is also the entrance of snaps! There is a snap closure at the top of the bag just under the bow which keeps the purse closed tightly. I designed this clutch to open a little extra on the sides to allow for wider things to be kept inside. There is also a small magnetic closure pocket on the inside for anything that needs to be tucked away. Then, the outside bow just adds a little extra touch of cuteness! The size on this bag could vary greatly depending on the buy’s wishes. The sides of this clutch are just a little bit smaller than the side of my regular handbags. Whose Bag? Festival lover
So, for the first few episodes of Real Housewives of New Jersey , I’ve had a theory. I’ve mostly kept it quiet in hopes of not embarrassing myself should it prove incorrect, but last night’s episode has emboldened me – I think I might be right. The first few installments of this season were almost cripplingly boring, but since this was the first time that two seasons of Housewives have ever aired simultaneously, I thought that perhaps that was intentional on the part of the producers to not overshadow the end of NYC’s season.
